About
Bring a friend and join us for a brisk walk and warm conversation every Tuesday on the Apple Capital Loop Trail in Wenatchee. We will be joined by a Wenatchee Valley Humane Society dog that needs love and exercise - and we can show off how adoptable they are!
Walking can help improve physical strength, reduce fatigue, boost mood, and support overall well-being during cancer treatment and recovery. This weekly gathering also offers a chance to connect with others in the cancer community and support an adoptable dog. Everyone is welcome to participate at their own pace. Please do not bring your own pets at this time.
RSVPs are encouraged but not required. We meet next to the gravel parking lot at Pybus at the top of the stairs leading to the Loop Trail. We hit the trail promptly at 8:35am.
Let's move, talk, and uplift each other through every step of the journey.
