About

Walking can help improve physical strength, reduce fatigue, boost mood, and support overall well-being during treatment and recovery.

Every week, we will be walking a dog from the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society! Please do not bring pets - these sweet pups need one-on-one time and exercise - and we can show off how adoptable they are!

Join the Wellness for Wellness walking group for cancer warriors, survivors, caregivers, and their families. This weekly gathering offers a chance to connect with others in the cancer community while enjoying a one-hour walk that caters to all fitness levels. Whether you're looking for a gentle stroll or a brisk walk, everyone is welcome to participate at their own pace.

RSVPs are encouraged. We meet on the parking lot side of Pybus - look for the adoptable pup and purple t-shirts at the top of the stairs leading to the Loop Trail! We hit the trail promptly at 8:35am.

Let's move, talk, and uplift each other through every step of the journey.
