EVERY TUESDAY, February 17 - April 7 @ 4:00pm - 6:30pm

+ RETREAT DAY on Saturday, March 28 on Zoom

The practices build on each other week by week so be sure you can make it to 90% of the sessions.

  • Learn evidence-based techniques and self-care strategies to cope with stress and pain.

  • Activate your body’s natural relaxation response, turning off “fight-flight” reactivity.
