Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a health education offering where learning happens through lecture, discussion and practice, in a group setting.

What to Expect:

  • Learn techniques and meaningful self-care strategies to cope with stress and pain.
  • Activate your body’s natural relaxation response, turning off “fight-flight” reactivity.
  • Re-establish resilience, balance, and a sense of well-being.
  • Investigate the healing power of compassion in your life.
  • All in a relaxed, warm and inclusive environment-- where everyone is welcome!

Kari Lyons-Price, Meditate Wenatchee

  • "I learned that my stress isn't going to go away but I can respond to it differently."
  • "Amazing! This course has gone far above my expectations. I have learned so much about mind & body, loving-kindness and compassion to myself - this has, and will continue to change my life."
  • "I learned that I don't have to be perfect. I am going to be ok - I am ok."
  • "Great class - everyone needs to experience this. I am taking away great tools for my 'tool box' to help me be better in all aspects of my life."

The practices build on each other week by week so please be sure you can make it to 90% of the sessions. Space is limited! This program is exclusive to our cancer warriors, survivors, and caregivers for FREE ($500 value!). Must register to participate.
