About
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based, health education practice that teaches body- mind awareness to assist with daily stress and physical or psychological related pain and illness. Led by Kari Lyons-Price, Meditate Wenatchee.
This monthly 45-minute, virtual guided practice is for MBSR beginners as well as past course participants who want to continue the practice.
