EVERY WEDNESDAY, June 4 - July 23 @ 5:30pm - 8:00pm

+ RETREAT DAY on Saturday, July 12 @ 8:30am - 12:30pm

The practices build on each other week by week so be sure you can make it to 90% of the sessions.

What to Expect:

  • Learn evidence-based techniques and self-care strategies to cope with stress and pain.

  • Activate your body’s natural relaxation response, turning off “fight-flight” reactivity.

  • Re-establish resilience, balance, and a sense of well-being.

  • Investigate the healing power of compassion in your life.

  • All in a relaxed, warm and inclusive environment-- where everyone is welcome!
