Acerca del evento
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based, health education practice that teaches body- mind awareness to assist with daily stress and physical or psychological related pain and illness. Led by Kari Lyons-Price, Meditate Wenatchee.
This online, one-hour practice is for MBSR beginners as well as past course participants who want to continue the practice.
Attendees of one or both of the January one-hour practices will have the first opportunity to register for the upcoming, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week Online Winter Course before registration opens to the public.
