Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a health education offering where learning happens through lecture, discussion and practice, in a group setting.
What to Expect:
- Learn techniques and meaningful self-care strategies to cope with stress and pain.
- Activate your body’s natural relaxation response, turning off “fight-flight” reactivity.
- Re-establish resilience, balance, and a sense of well-being.
- Investigate the healing power of compassion in your life.
- All in a relaxed, warm and inclusive environment-- where everyone is welcome!

The practices build on each other week by week so please be sure you can make it to 90% of the sessions. Space is limited! This program is exclusive to our cancer warriors, survivors, and caregivers for FREE ($500 value!). Must register to participate.
